Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product you can do so by contacting info@bakesbybear.co.uk. Products must be returned to us within 3 days after delivery with the buyer paying return postage.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take up to 10 working days.
